We are delighted to welcome Céline Grossmann as our new Gastroimpuls Ambassador.

A passionate cook

With a keen sense of aesthetics, boundless curiosity, and a deep passion for her craft, she moves seamlessly between Michelin-starred cuisine, creative pop-up concepts, and bespoke private dining experiences. Her cuisine is characterized by seasonal and regional ingredients, combined with precision, creativity, and a genuine enthusiasm for gastronomy.

Career & Achievements

Céline Grossmann gained a wide range of experience in the Swiss restaurant industry even while she was still in training. She worked in Michelin-starred kitchens, on creative pop-up concepts, and in festival catering, and completed internships in pastry, meat and cheese processing, and at The Earth’s pop-up kitchen in Zurich. In 2025, she won the prestigious gusto25 competition; prior to that, she took first place in the HUG Creative Tartelettes Contest. She has been a member of the Swiss Junior National Culinary Team since 2024.

Céline, who are you and what do you do?
I’m Céline Grossmann—a freelance chef and entrepreneur with my own catering and private dining company, as well as a member of the Swiss Junior National Culinary Team.

What made you want to become a Gastroimpuls ambassador?
What
appealed tome most was how approachable and customer-focused Gastroimpuls is—you can tell that the team is passionate about their work and that there’s a broad, well-thought-out range of products and services for the restaurant industry behind it.

What does good dining mean to you?
To me, good dining is an experience and a little journey: creating moments that linger in the memory, bringing people together, and turning the ordinary into something special.

What role does Gastroimpuls play in this?
Gastroimpuls helps businesses find the best, fastest, and simplest solutions—through friendly communication and a wide range of offerings that covers everything from service and kitchen supplies to menus and napkins.

Finally: What is your personal mottowhen it comes to the restaurant business?
For me, the restaurant business is about passion, enjoyment, and genuine hospitality.
