From the first step to the finished dish: these photos show Céline Grossmann in her element.

Céline Grossmann
Céline Grossmann is one of Switzerland’s most promising young chefs. At the age of 18, she won the Swiss championship for culinary apprentices, “Gusto 25,” impressing both the expert jury and the audience. As a Gastroimpuls ambassador, she embodies passion, craftsmanship, and the future of Swiss gastronomy.
Her cuisine blends classic techniques with modern influences: always seasonal, always with a genuine respect for the ingredients. It’s an approach she shares with Gastroimpuls. Through her own catering and private dining services, she puts this philosophy into practice every day, giving it a distinctive character that leaves a lasting impression.

Swiss Champion of Culinary Apprentices
At the age of 18, Céline Grossmann beat out more than 110 apprentices from all over Switzerland to win the prestigious Swiss Championship for Culinary Apprentices, “Gusto 25.”
Her final menu won over the jury across the board: teriyaki flat iron from the Japanese grill with yuzu sauce, a bao bun with sautéed kidney buds, black salsify, miso onions, and a Belper Knolle croquette. Precision, creativity, and the courage to put her own signature on a single plate.
She completed her training at the Foundation for the Elderly in Münsingen, Bern, proving that exceptional culinary skills are not determined by the location of the training institution. In addition to the jury’s decision, she was voted Community Winner by the audience.
Swiss National Culinary Team
Among Switzerland's elite
Early in her career, Céline Grossmann became a member of the Swiss National Culinary Team. She is thus among the talented chefs who demonstrate their skills on the international stage and represent Swiss culinary art at competitions throughout Europe.
Her career has been shaped by ambition, team spirit, and the courage to forge her own path. In addition to her daily work in the kitchen, she devotes a great deal of extra time to training, learning new techniques, and engaging in ongoing dialogue with other top chefs. It is precisely this mindset—always thinking one step ahead and striving to give her best—that connects her to Gastroimpuls.
What drives them is not the individual competition, but a passion for their craft and a commitment to creating memorable dishes using authentic ingredients and meticulous preparation.

Catering and Private Dining
In addition to her career as a competitive chef, Céline Grossmann took the plunge into self-employment at an early age. Through her own catering and private dining company, she offers culinary experiences featuring regional and seasonal ingredients—prepared with a personal touch, artisanal skill, and passion.
This independence and entrepreneurial mindset make her the ideal ambassador for Gastroimpuls: a company that supports restaurants throughout Switzerland with one-stop solutions.
