HUG Creative Tartlet Contest
As a sponsor of the HUG Creative Tartelettes Contest, we support one of Switzerland’s oldest and most prestigious culinary competitions. Since 2004, the contest has provided ambitious chefs and pastry chefs with a platform to showcase their craft and measure themselves against the best in the industry. What began as a creative challenge featuring HUG tartelettes is now an integral part of the Swiss culinary scene. We are proud to support this competition because it embodies exactly what we stand for at Gastroimpuls: passion, craftsmanship, and the promotion of young talent in the culinary arts.
The Competition
The HUG Creative Tartelettes Contest is open to students and trained professionals in the fields of culinary arts and pastry. Under the motto “we love your creativity,” small works of art that delight both the eyes and the palate are created every year.
Two categories
The competition is divided into two categories: students and graduates. This gives both up-and-coming talent and experienced professionals the chance to showcase their skills and compete at a high level.
