Brasserie Vico is the new centerpiece of the renowned Hotel Schweizerhof Luzern. It is a place where fine dining meets a timeless atmosphere. As the newly opened restaurant in this five-star hotel, Brasserie Vico is committed to the highest standards of quality in every detail—from the interior design to the tableware.
Gastroimpuls was commissioned to source the right tableware for daily restaurant operations and to customize it. Working closely with the hotel, 36 different tableware items were selected and customized using five decorative techniques in five colors. The designs were tailored to the ambiance and corporate identity of Brasserie Vico.
